The two main headlines for music this week are firstly the Irish Entrance for the Eurovision. As we all know the Eurovision has not been about talent for many years, politics and crap outlandish acts have filled our screens. Second Headline is that Irish singer songwriter Glen Hansard has won an Oscar! His Song from "Once" has bagged the front man of the frames an Award. Himself and Marketa Irglova have had a great year with the success of the movie, congratulations guys!

Hi, has anyone been to the swell season? I am going to see them in Dublin in October - really love Once - dying to her Marketa - just afraid that Glen will drown her out - no offense to him - he is great and I guess he can be overpowering cos he is so passionate but would love to hesr Marketa as well as him....
