The Above Website offers Free Live streaming of classic concerts of hundreds of artists down through the years. Register for free and then they will kindly send out regular e-mails offering free concerts to listen to, for example todays offering was The Who Live in Philiadelphia in 1973(as seen above).
The website offers bands such as Led Zepplin, Jimi Hendrix, U2, Neil Young, Pink Floyd, Tom Petty and so on.. You can download these performances but for a fee, none more that 9 bucks.

Here you can find many artists allowing their live concerts to be put up such as sufjan stevens, Josh Ritter, David Gray & Ryan Adams, My favourite at the moment is this particular recording of Ryan Adams http://www.archive.org/details/ryanadams2007-07-11.sbd.flac. These can then be downloaded and put on to CD or mp3 player, Have a root around, there are some amazing shows here and great quality.
