Secured my tickets this morning after some stressful moments as the presale password Sapcewolf would not work. I would like to publicly thanks the people over at RyanAdamsArchive.com for helping me out and getting the needed password "Lights". Genius work guys! Another Ryan Adams Gig what a day! Seeing my favourite artist in Nov 07 and now Nov 08, such a result. Stayed tuned for a very Ryan Adamsy IndieLimerick from now until November :) Oh and just downloaded Bedhead Volume 5 this morning from the archives, just savage! Ryan Adams Plays the Ambassador Dublin!

The Cardinals will play Dublin this November 8th. Seems to be an annual thing now with Dublin, November and Ryan. After playing a fantastic show last year in the national stadium it will be very interesting to see how this show will pan out. The presale tickets go on sale tomorrow and general sale starts Friday on ticketrobbers.ie If your new to who this guy is i suggest searching around here for the numerous posts about him. Just type Ryan Adams into the search box on the side. His website has gotten a new look and if you look around some item will let you click on them and open into weird and wonderful madness including his web blog called foggy. Video below is taken from it. I would say a new album will surface soon as he is playing some new songs on the road at the moment . Such as "Fix It", "Go Easy", "Ever-Green" and "Cobwebs". These will appear on a new album called "Cardinals III/IV" possibly out at the end of next year. He is also touring around the states with Oasis at the mo. Mundy Live @ Dolans Warehouse, Limerick 08/08/08 Review

As I said before I wasn’t sure which Mundy would turn up but as soon as the cowboy hat was on tow you knew he was on form and ready to roll. Dolans was packed from the rafters and a noticeable young Galway girl band wagon crowd was forming. I was hoping from the offset it wouldn’t turn into a July Request annoying evening and I was so happy it didn’t. Firstly the support act arrived on stage a hagrid (Harry Potter) type character emerged from backstage. With a collection of fantastic sounding material from his first album “A Picture”. This folk artist entertained the crowd with between song stories of how the album was written and some quirky banter. One such notable story was that he had been swimming that morning in Lahinch. As he emerged from the water a group of lads remarked “Jesus has really let himself go!”. The guys name was David Hope and he just cements the fact that there is so much Irish Talent out there. Many of the songs came from his new album and also some future gems were showcased. Check out his MySpace page and listen for yourself, he certainly is one to watch. Now to the main act as I said he came out full of energy and looked to be on top form. The set list drew mainly from Raining Down arrows and also 4 Brand new songs, which I assure you, are going to make up an album of "Jelly Legs" Like classics. The Galway Girl Band Wagoner’s we treated to July halfway through the set and were made wait until the last song for what they came for. All in All for my 9th time seeing the guy it was one of the best, Cheers! The White Album Recovered

Bought the Beatles White Album some years back and it just blew me away. Firstly the enormity of it and how complex it is and still to this day cant understand how they recorded this masterpiece. This album is full of ghosts including fights, girlfriends and story's and it ultimately split up the Beatles.

Mojo's September issue has paid homage to this colossal work with recovering and bringing several new and old artists covers to make a superb collection. This I truly think is a great idea and should be done of many more classic albums throughout music history. Disk 1 is with the Sep issue and Disk 2 is with the October issue.

The magazine has an in depth analyses of the album, the concept and the truth behind the making of it and the ideas behind the songs.

Its a must have for the weekend! Coldplay - 25/07/2008 - Philadelphia Bootleg

Coldplay's new tour is in full strawberry swing and all the little worries and glitches have been ironed out a little and hopefully the gig in the o2 in December will be the icing on the cake. To take a slice of the action so far, here is a gig in phili from only last week.

In other coldplay related news the video for viva la vida is up on their site http://www.coldplay.com/. Their are two versions, version 1 is air brushed tut but version two is a fantastic video and brings a great video of depeche modes "Silence" back to life.
